Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation terms apply to confirmed bookings:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a 50% fee
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be charged in full
• No-shows are charged the full service fee

Pet Care Services

By using our pet care services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are the legal owner or authorised caretaker of the pet(s) in our care
• You will provide accurate information about your pet's health, behaviour, and needs
• Your pet is up to date with vaccinations as required
• You will inform us of any known behavioural issues or aggression
• You are responsible for any damage your pet causes to our staff or equipment

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iris-perch shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our website or services
• Any illness or injury to your pet that is not directly caused by our negligence
